I am a Procurement & Supply Chain professional with 22+ years of experience across Oil & Gas, EPC, engineering, manufacturing and project-driven organizations. My career has developed from hands-on engineering and vendor development to managing complex procurement operations, strategic sourcing, supplier development and project procurement.

My core expertise includes Strategic Sourcing, Project Procurement, Technical Buying, Supplier Development, Vendor Management, Supplier Evaluation & Audits, Techno-Commercial Negotiation, Contract Management, Expediting, Cost Optimization and Supply Chain Management. I have managed procurement operations supporting 180+ industrial projects, approximately ₹450 Cr annual spend and ₹13.5 Cr reported cost savings.

One of the experiences I value most was my involvement with John Crane during the manufacturing footprint transition involving the Netherlands and Czech Republic. I worked closely with international procurement teams and suppliers to support the transition, manage supply-chain risks and help ensure continuity of supply. This experience strengthened my ability to work across countries, cultures, suppliers and functions and to solve problems quickly during periods of operational change.

For me, ownership, integrity, trust and reliability are fundamental to professional relationships. When I accept a responsibility, I believe in taking it from requirement to closure. I prefer to understand the problem, evaluate the available options, recommend a practical solution and take action rather than simply escalate an issue. I believe in transparent communication about costs, risks, quality and timelines.

Confidentiality and ethical conduct are equally important to me. Procurement involves sensitive pricing, supplier information, technical specifications, contracts and business strategies. I treat such information with discretion and share it only with appropriate stakeholders. I believe suppliers and business partners should always be treated fairly and evaluated objectively on capability, quality, cost, delivery, reliability and long-term value.

I am also passionate about continuous improvement and technology. My experience includes SAP ERP, procurement dashboards, workflow tools, Excel-based analysis and process improvement. I naturally look for ways to make processes simpler, faster, more transparent and more reliable.

Outside work, I have a strong interest in farming, farming automation and technology research. I enjoy exploring smart farming, automation, sensors, connectivity and practical solutions that can improve efficiency and sustainability. This personal interest reflects the way I approach my professional work as well—I enjoy learning, experimenting, researching and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Today, I am particularly interested in supporting global companies that need reliable procurement, sourcing and supply-chain support from India.
