A Masters level engineering professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in water resources engineering, Geographical Information System (GIS), management, and business development. Specific technical skills include: hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood mitigation analysis, stormwater system design, FEMA review, water quality and BMP evaluation/design, stream restoration, GIS analysis, design of hydraulic structures (such as culverts, spillways, etc.), watershed rainfall-runoff modeling, statistical analysis of stream flow records, open channel flow calculation.
