I worked in top MNC companies in Chennai. I had overall 7+ yrs of experience in Finance & Accounts domain. I had 3 yrs of exp in core accounting as i worked for automobile finance company during initial stage once i completed my degree. I worked as a Team lead - operations(4+ yrs) for 2 top MNC company in which my role is to manage day to day activities of process and achieve the target to be within SLA. I managed Invoice Processing, Vendor support & Escalation management team with max. of 23 members. Responsible to attend Monthly/Weekly call with client & Management meetings to discuss about the Process & teams performance. Engaged in doing One on One meeting with team, creating RCA, CAPA, Error tracking, Productivity weightage, Capacity analysis, Stack Rankig,etc. Good in conducting weekly refresher training for team members. Identified many Process improvements.Worked in the applications like CICS, Peoplesoft, MS invoicing tool, CRM, ERP, Quick books, Zinet,etc.
