    She would have been an ideal long term designer for us if provided with smoother project closing style and attitude. As we tolerated her temperament, we hope she realize we tried to be as professional as we can in making her delivery easier. We also accommodated to pay in advance. To the end, our closing job was sent to another party for the sake to complete the job with positive design energy. There were extra cost and time effort spent from our side just to avoid her temper. We still welcome Susan to bid on our projects in the future but with the appreciation of respect and work morale. That is our honest opinion.
