With a little more than 10 years of experience in in-house and law firms, I am a trusted business partner to leaders in sales, delivery and finance functions. I have solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, especially in the IT and SaaS businesses. I work with industry experts and CXOs of large IT organizations as well as high growth SaaS start-ups and have learnt a great deal from them. I take a solution driven approach when negotiating SaaS and IT contracts with senior attorneys from in-house and law firms. I start every deal with an understanding of its operational and commercial aspects, and this approach helps me assess real risks, have constructive discussions and craft in balanced contractual positions with clear and concise language, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon and ensuring quicker wins.

Work Terms

I am very responsive and accommodate clients from different time zones. Any urgent critical tasks with a shorter turn around time will always be accepted subject to a mutually agreed fee.
