I want to show people that in times of crisis there is always hope.
I've had cancer twice and I've also been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. As if that's not bad enough my beautiful girl has her own serious health issues. I left my job as a teacher to firstly reclaim my sanity and more importantly look after my girl. I learnt that writing about what was happening was cheaper than paying a therapist! My blog is my sanity.
I am married and have two daughters. We live in Western Australia on the coast. Cancer has changed my perspective on life. I want to write now not teach. I want to show people that there can be a light at the end of most tunnels and that family and bonds are so important.
