Work Terms

1. Communication:
I communicate through Guru’s WorkRoom for all project updates, file sharing, and messages.
I respond within 12–24 hours.
2. Project Scope & Requirements:
Before starting, I require a clear brief: topic, purpose, tone, target audience, word count, style preferences, and examples (if any).
Any changes to the initial scope may affect the delivery time and pricing.
3. Delivery Timeline:
Standard blog/article delivery: 3–5 business days.
Research reports / long-form content: 7–10 business days, depending on complexity.
Urgent delivery is available at an additional fee.
4. Revisions:
I offer 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery.
Revisions apply to the original scope only.
Additional revisions or major rewrites may require extra payment.
5. Payment Terms:
All payments must be processed through Guru SafePay.
Work begins once funds are safely deposited in SafePay.
For larger projects, milestones can be set.
Final files are delivered after payment is released.
6. File Formats:
Content is delivered in Word, Google Docs, or PDF (based on client preference).
I can also provide SEO metadata (title, description, keywords) if required.
7. Ownership & Rights:
Once payment is completed, the client holds full rights to the work.
Until then, all drafts remain my intellectual property.
8. Confidentiality:
I maintain full confidentiality of client information, documents, and project content.
NDA signing is available upon request.
9. Availability:
I work Monday–Saturday and I am available for ongoing or long-term projects.
