I have worked with over 10,000 people in my career, both in group settings and in individual coaching sessions. My style is practical, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. I don’t believe in quick fixes or generic advice. Instead, I use emotional intelligence, simple frameworks, and honest conversations to help you think clearly, make better decisions, and build skills you can rely on.

My task is not to make a decision for you, rather help you arrive at a decision which you can own, value and live with it without a clutter of ifs and buts. I’ve worked across different industries and with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, which helps me understand both the human and professional sides of challenges.

Work Terms

I do not take more than one client in one day. This helps me to stay focused and be all ears for that one individual for the day. This makes my calendar super occupied, so please bear with me if you do not find an immediate slot for the same day.
