Protecting Your Rights. Advocating Your Future.
I became a civil lawyer because I believe the law should serve people, not intimidate them. Early in my life, I witnessed how easily individuals can be overwhelmed when facing legal systems they don’t fully understand. Those experiences shaped my commitment to civil justice and motivated me to pursue a career where advocacy, fairness, and clarity matter.
My work focuses on civil litigation, civil rights, civil liberties, civil procedure, contract law, and personal injury matters. I take pride in guiding clients through complex legal disputes with patience and precision, whether that means enforcing a contract, protecting constitutional rights, or helping an injured person seek accountability and compensation. I approach every case strategically, but I never lose sight of the human story behind it.
One of the most meaningful aspects of my practice is advising clients who feel unheard or uncertain. I often recall a case where a client came in convinced they had no options—only to leave empowered once they understood their rights. Moments like that reaffirm why I chose this profession.
Outside of work, I value balance and perspective. I enjoy reading nonfiction and legal history, staying active through walking or fitness routines, and engaging in thoughtful conversations about social justice and public policy. These hobbies keep me grounded and sharpen my analytical thinking, which directly benefits my legal practice.
At my core, my values are integrity, accountability, empathy, and diligence. I believe a civil lawyer must not only know the law, but also listen carefully, communicate honestly, and advocate fearlessly. My goal is to provide clients with not just legal representation, but confidence—knowing they have someone in their corner who takes their case personally and their rights seriously.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available to meet with clients Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments outside of standard business hours may be arranged on a limited basis by prior request. Weekend or emergency consultations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are discussed transparently at the outset of representation. Depending on the nature of the matter, services may be offered on an hourly basis, flat-fee arrangement, or contingency fee (where permitted by law). Retainers are required for most litigation and advisory matters. All fees, billing practices, and expenses are clearly outlined in a written engagement agreement to ensure full understanding and avoid surprises.
Preferred Communication Style
I believe effective representation depends on clear and timely communication. I primarily communicate with clients via scheduled phone or video consultations, which allows for thoughtful, well-documented discussions. I strive to respond to all client inquiries within one business day. Clients are encouraged to share relevant information promptly and to ask questions at any stage of the legal process—transparency and mutual respect are essential to a successful attorney-client relationship.
