I'm Sylvia Njenga, a Kenya-based supply chain and procurement specialist with a CIPS Level 5 qualification. I help small and medium-sized businesses streamline how they source suppliers, process purchase orders, manage inventory records, and keep vendor relationships running smoothly.

My background covers end-to-end procurement support: researching and comparing suppliers, preparing RFQs and analyzing quotations, processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate stock and inventory records, and following up with vendors to keep orders on schedule. I'm comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data entry, and I bring the discipline and attention to detail that CIPS training instills into every project.

I'm newer to freelancing but not new to the work itself. My strengths are accuracy, clear communication, and following through on commitments.
