I am a valuable asset to any organization because of my strong work ethic, my ability to learn and adapt to changing environments, and my tolerance for high levels of stress. I have had some great teachers and mentors while attending Florida International University and learned an abundance of information in the field of IT. My concentrations were in Computer Networking, Operating Systems such as Linux and Unix, and IT Security. I gained invaluable knowledge about cyberwar-fare and the various types of attacks adversaries can implement, modern cryptography, and how to write encryption programs in C , C#. I have written scripts in bash and implemented them in a virtualized sandboxed Unix OS on my desktop PC. While working at Ultimate Software I learned how to accommodate all different kinds of people, work collaboratively with different teams, communicate effectively with management, and maintain positive relationships which promote a healthy equilibrium in the workplace environment. I am eager to gain more knowledge about the IT industry and face challenges which push my skills to the limit so that I may grow and ascend to the forefront of science and technology. I want to create a unique career path which will lead me to becoming an invaluable asset incorporating knowledge from business, law, quantum physics, media, video games, music, literature, history, philosophy, theology, art, medicine, and of course computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, and technology.
