Had several corporate jobs as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / ScrumMaster. Enthusiastic practitioner of Agile Development.
Have over 15 years’ experience with project management, business analysis, process improvement, and change management where I have delivered multiple successful project results.
Responsibilities have included:

* Defining servicing needs and related operational requirements
* Ensuring ongoing scalability and supportability of the implementation
* Understanding the customer and/or user experience
* Documenting key processes, user stories, and use cases
* Driving change management efforts - which included training I am a highly motivated, detailed-oriented individual.
I am a highly motivated, detailed-oriented individual with excellent problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proven leadership. I have a comprehensive understanding of Project Management methodology (both Waterfall & Agile) and have used different tools to manage projects. Also have utilized other tools for managing teams and and analysis i.e., MS Office Suite, Visio, GoogleDocs etc.

Work Terms
Reasonable Hourly Rate. Would like to get paid bi-weekly. Can work on-site in
Houston TX, or remotely. Have high-speed reliable internet and self-discipline to work remotely and have done it successfully several years. Can work with screen sharing video calls, phone, email, conference calls. Don't mind travel onsite.
