Work Terms

All services will be delivered strictly as per the agreed scope. Any additional work will require mutual agreement and may involve additional charges.

3. Confidentiality
All client information and financial data will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of the assigned work.

4. Payment Terms

Payments should be made through the platform (Guru SafePay).
Work will commence after funding/milestone confirmation.
Milestones can be set based on project scope.

5. Delivery Timeline
Timelines will be agreed before project start. Delays caused due to incomplete information or client-side issues may affect delivery dates.

6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Major changes or additional requirements may be charged separately.

7. Compliance Responsibility
Advice and services are provided based on applicable laws and information provided by the client. Final compliance responsibility remains with the client.

8. Documentation Requirement
Clients must provide all necessary documents (financial records, IDs, company details, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely completion.

9. No Guarantee Clause
While best professional efforts are ensured, specific outcomes (e.g., tax savings, approvals) cannot be guaranteed as they depend on regulatory authorities.
