For a Character Design i need to get the main idea of what you want, (The more detail it is, then more easy to work with it). since the first respond of my part,(about detailind the work we will had 4 to 8 hour to work on what are you looking for. the Pays are gona be trougth Paypal, once they payment is confirment you will recive in your mail the file of the design in high resolution 300 ppi/dpi with a png transparent background and jpg white or (colored background) of your selection.
