Instructional Design Consultant

Global learning professional with over 8 years of outstanding work experience in learning systems design and development supported by formal education consisting of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Training and Development. I possess over 5 years of work experience in corporate learning including experience in strategic management of courseware assessment, design, development and deployment. Experiences also include Learning Management System implementation, database structures and management. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills that have given me the ability to interface with all levels within an organization and build a strong infrastructure and staff talent.

Prior responsibilities reflect a progression through classroom facilitation, training coordination, rapid instructional development, distance learning facilitation and development, instructional design, project management and resource management. These responsibilities have given me a unique perspective, ability to manage through constant changing environment and strategic thinking capabilities.
