Work Terms

Please message me before ordering so I can confirm the document type, signer location, ID requirements, and whether the receiving party requires electronic notarization, wet ink, scanback, mailing, or apostille after notarization.

To begin, please provide:

Document type
Signer location
State or country where the document will be used
Whether wet ink is required or electronic notarization is accepted
Whether you need scanback, mailing of originals, or both
Any deadline or special instructions from the receiving party

I work with eligible documents only and reserve the right to decline documents that are incomplete, improper for notarization, outside my authority, or require legal advice.

Notarial fees, shipping, rush service, scanbacks, mailing coordination, and document-handling services may be priced separately depending on the project scope.

For international documents, I can assist with the notarization portion and document return workflow. Apostille, legalization, translation, legal drafting, and legal advice are separate services unless specifically agreed upon with the appropriate provider.

Communication is handled through the platform. Clear instructions, valid photo ID, and unsigned documents are required before the appointment.
