Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Available 24/7, every day of the week. I respond to all messages within 12 hours. Urgent requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
Payment Terms:
Fixed Price preferred for defined deliverables. I require a funded SafePay agreement before starting any work. No work begins without a signed Agreement in place.
Revisions:
Up to 2 revisions included in all Fixed Price jobs. Additional revisions billed at agreed hourly rate.
Delivery:
All deliverables shared as Google Docs, PDF, or agreed file format via WorkRoom. Typical turnaround: 24–48 hours for short tasks; 3–5 days for larger projects.
Communication:
WorkRoom messages preferred. Please provide clear brief/requirements upfront — I work best when the scope is defined from the start.
AI-Assisted Work:
I use industry-standard AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut) combined with human editing and quality control. All outputs are proofread and refined before delivery.
