Tri-qualified Lawyer/Solicitor/Advocate (Australia, New Zealand & Kenya)
I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice garnered from Murdoch University and the College of Law in Perth and Sydney, Australia respectively.
I was also admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and as an Enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
I have over a decade of experience in the legal services industry in Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) and the bulk of my roles involved having and understanding of complex legislation, policy and procedure, which I dealt with on a day to day basis.
The organisations that I have worked for include multinationals, international research companies, mid-tier and specialist boutique law firms and government departments.
I have been exposed to the legal services industry in four Australian state jurisdictions as well as New Zealand (where different legislation specific to each jurisdiction applied) and this enabled me to develop the flexibility to adapt my skill set to any other jurisdiction, if required.
I also have solid research and drafting experience which I have used to assist clients located in other jurisdictions such as the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia and Europe.
My attention to detail and work ethic are two of my biggest strengths and I am able to deliver results efficiently within a tight time frame.
I also consider myself a creative thinker and consummate problem solver who is able to devise out of the box solutions to challenging problems.
