Work Terms

1. Payment & Security:
All payments must be funded via Guru before work begins. This protects both parties. For projects over $100, I prefer a Milestone structure (e.g., 50% initial draft, 50% final delivery).

2. Communication:
I am available for text updates and file sharing exclusively via the Guru WorkRoom. For complex requirements, I can schedule a quick audio call to clarify details.

3. Data Privacy (NDA):
As a Data Analyst, I treat your proprietary data with strict confidentiality. I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required. All client files are permanently deleted from my system 7 days after project completion.

4. Revisions:
The project includes 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the output (formatting, color changes, minor adjustments). Note: New requirements added after the project starts will be charged as an additional milestone.

5. Deliverables:
You will receive the source files (Excel/PBIX) and a PDF export (if applicable) upon project completion.
