Work Terms

Hours of operation: I am typically available for work from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 5 pm (in my local timezone). However, I am flexible and willing to accommodate my clients' needs whenever possible.

Payment terms: I require a deposit half upfront before starting any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. I prefer to use Guru.com's SafePay system to ensure a secure and timely payment process.

Preferred communication style: I believe that effective communication is key to a successful collaboration. I am comfortable communicating via email, phone, or video call, and I am always responsive to my clients' inquiries and feedback.

Revision policy: I understand that revisions may be necessary to ensure that the final product meets my clients' expectations. As such, I offer a set number of revisions (usually 2-3) within a specified timeframe to ensure that my clients are satisfied with the work.

Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and am committed to protecting my clients' sensitive information. I am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.
