I’m a reconstruction and mitigation estimator with experience using Xactimate to write clear, insurance-friendly estimates for water, mold, and rebuild projects. I’ve worked with adjusters and contractors, so I know what carriers look for and how to keep claims moving.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, following Seattle sports, and listening to music. I bring the same focus, reliability, and positive energy to my projects as I do to everything else I care about!
Work Terms
Flexible hours to accomodate contractor and homeowner schedules, typically after working hours. My rate is $200 per or 1.5% of the total gross approved amount, whichever is greater.
