To provide top notched bookkeeping services in a timely manner so that the customer has reliable accounting information to make good business decisions.

I have over 14 years of experience working in the real estate industry doing accounting and lease administration functions. I also have 10 years experience working in the health care industry in various capacities which include accounts receivables, contracts and leasing, billing quality control and training. I have a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a BS in Accounting.

I am currently the Accounting Manager at a property management company in Washington, DC which owns and manages both residential and commercial properties with over 80 properties combined. My recent accomplishments in 2014 include implementing a system which automated our Accounts Payables processing. In addition, I was a lead team member on our system conversion team which converted our accounting system from Jenark to Yardi from April to November of 2014.

Work Terms

My hours of operation are from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. I prefer to be paid after the services are rendered via EFT and or Paypal.
