Intern (Jun2017 - Apr2018): I worked at Rayan Ibrahim Architects as an intern and learned interior and architectural services.
SMR Enterprises (Jul2019 - Jul2020): Started working as a Junior Architect post in Chennai. I worked on planning, designing & interior design for residential projects.
Junior Architect (Sept2020 - Jun2023): I was a junior architect at UIDC Architects. I work on architectural planning and interior design projects. I am proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Lumion. I work diligently, handling clients and collaborating with team members. Our teammates are really amiable and encouraging. My objective is to succeed in my future profession.
Freelancing: Making 2D plans, elevations, detailed drawings of interior design for residential and commercial buildings.
My hobbies are reading books, gardening in my free time and travelling to explore.
Work Terms
Work Schedule: I work for Standard Weekly 40-hour per week.
Payment Stages:
20% initial advance amount before starting of work.
30% design approval payment after client approves the proposed design.
30% milestone payments for progress on agreed-upon deliverables.
20% final payment on successful project completion and delivery.
Considerations:
Clearly define milestones and expected deliverables for each payment.
Be open to discussing if correction/changes are needed before the work is done.
Ensure smooth communication and timely updates throughout the project.
Depends upon the design payment will be charged for every project.
