I am a dedicated freelance Architect and Interior Designer with experience in both residential and commercial projects. I specialize in transforming concepts into fully developed designs, delivering high-quality models and realistic renders that bring each client’s vision to life.
With strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop, I handle projects from initial planning and detailed drafting to 3D modeling and final visualization. I am experienced in client coordination, team collaboration, and managing projects efficiently to ensure timely and successful completion.

Work Terms
Work Schedule: I work for Standard Weekly 40-hour per week.
Payment Stages:
20% initial advance amount before starting of work.
30% design approval payment after client approves the proposed design.
30% milestone payments for progress on agreed-upon deliverables.
20% final payment on successful project completion and delivery.
Considerations:
Clearly define milestones and expected deliverables for each payment.
Be open to discussing if correction/changes are needed before the work is done.
Ensure smooth communication and timely updates throughout the project.
Depends upon the design payment will be charged for every project.
