Work Terms

Payment & Milestones
• SafePay Escrow: For your security and mine, I prefer working via Guru’s SafePay system.
• Milestone-Based: For larger projects, I suggest breaking the work into logical milestones (e.g., 50% after the first batch of data entry, 50% upon final delivery).
• Minimum Hourly/Fixed Rate: $5/hr

Availability & Communication
• Standard Hours: I am available ES from 10am to 10pm.
• Response Time: I guarantee a response to all messages within 2-4 hours during business days.
• Progress Reports: For long-term projects, I provide daily or weekly status updates via Guru messages or a shared tracker.

Deliverables & Revisions
• Quality Guarantee: I provide a 100% Accuracy Guarantee. If any errors are found due to my entry, I will correct them immediately at no extra cost.
• Revisions: I offer 5 rounds of revisions to ensure the data is formatted exactly to your specifications.
• Confidentiality: I treat all client data with strict confidentiality. I am happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required.

NOTE: "Messy Data": "unreadable source material may require a timeline adjustment."
• My Tools: I deliver in .xlsx, .csv, .pdf, or via Google Sheets links so there is no confusion on the final format.
• The "Final Review": I will always ask you to review the first 5% of the work.
