I have a passion for helping others, and it is my intention to do so in the most efficient and effective way possible!
My passion is interacting with various individuals and learning about the different personalities. Uplifting others and helping them take a step closer to their career goals is a very rewarding feeling and it is what keeps me motivated.
I have over 10 years experience in the BPO Industry, positions of which included Supervisory Management and Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service and Over 2 years experience in the Hotel Industry. I have experiences of directly managing a team of 13, 42 indirectly (to include 1st and 2nd level agents). My experiences also include Recruiting on a large scale for varying levels, varying positions.
