Driving sales & revenue by ensuring widest catalog, better discoverability, optimized pricing & smooth buying experience
Managing key accounts/customers and also responsible for P&L of the business
Tracking and managing leads, follow up by logging customer follow ups using Hubspot
Creating and executing promotional mailers and newsletters using e-mail delivery tools like Spark Post and MailChimp
Using customer activity data, feedback and metrics (using web analytics tool Clicky) to identify customer pain points, advocating for and driving changes to reduce defects and improve customer experience
Retargeting the website visitors and existing customers via Google display network and Facebook Retargeting
Creating presentations for pitching to corporate and bulk buyers.
Managing all the vendors and negotiating terms to cut down on costs and improve margins
Supporting day-to-day operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Pepperfry and others. Completely well-versed with both buyer and seller side ecommerce functions. Planning and creating promotions to drive sales.
Conceptualizing and exploring possibilities of expanding range of products and professional services
