I start by nailing down exactly what the deliverable needs to do — who's using it, what decision it supports, how it needs to be organized — before touching the content. That means less back-and-forth revision and a finished product that fits your workflow the first time.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and I treat deadlines as commitments. Clear communication up front, clean formatting on delivery, and I'm happy to do a revision round to make sure it's exactly right.

Work Terms

Communication: I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days. For active projects, I'll flag progress or questions as they come up rather than going quiet until delivery.
Turnaround: Standard delivery is 3-5 business days depending on scope, agreed before work begins. Rush requests considered case-by-case.
Revisions: One round of revisions included on all fixed-price work, to make sure the deliverable matches spec. Additional revision rounds available if scope has genuinely changed.
Payment: Fixed-price work paid via milestone/escrow per project terms. Hourly work billed and paid per the platform's standard cycle.
Ownership: Full rights to the final deliverable transfer to the client on completion of payment. Any templates or frameworks I reuse across projects remain generic and non-proprietary to your business.
Scope changes: If requirements shift meaningfully after work has started, I'll flag it and quote the difference before continuing — no surprise charges.
