I am a certified Reiki Practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve emotional, mental, and energetic balance through Distant Reiki. Over the years, I’ve developed a gentle and intuitive approach to energy healing, using universal life force energy to clear blockages, balance the chakras, and restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

My work is guided by compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of energy flow. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, supporting stress relief, emotional release, and overall well-being. I believe that energy healing is a powerful tool for self-care and personal transformation, and I love helping clients feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned with themselves.

Outside of Reiki, I am deeply connected to spiritual practices, meditation, and holistic wellness. These passions shape my work, enabling me to bring a nurturing and insightful presence to every session. Whether you are new to Reiki or have experienced it before, I create a safe and supportive space for your healing journey.

I founded The Enigma Effect to share my passion for energy healing and to make holistic wellness accessible, no matter where you are. I love seeing the positive impact that subtle energy work can have on people’s lives, from easing anxiety and low mood to supporting clarity, relaxation, and energetic balance.

Work Terms

I offer Distant Reiki sessions that can be booked online, with each session lasting approximately 30–45 minutes. Payment is required upfront via Guru’s SafePay system to secure your session. I typically respond to enquiries within 24 hours and provide follow-up guidance after each session if needed.

Sessions are designed to be convenient and flexible, allowing you to receive energy healing wherever you are. I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space during your session to maximise relaxation and benefit from the Reiki energy.

Preferred communication is via Guru messaging, and I am happy to answer any questions before your session to ensure you feel fully supported and informed. My goal is to provide a nurturing, professional, and intuitive experience that restores balance, calm, and clarity to your mind, body, and spirit.
