When he was a boy, The Map Butler made a map of the United States with different-colored dots representing different sized cities according to census data. And that was for fun!
One kind of map that may interest you is a city map whose borders don't disappear when you zoom in closer. After many fruitless searches for this kind of map (especially useful in metropolitan areas with many suburbs), The Map Butler decided the best way to get it was to make it himself!
