Reina researched and reviewed about 30 software packages. Her review was well organized, thoughtful, timely and gave her personal recommendations which concurred with mine. She was skilled in excel and access, even knew how to link excel to access to create reports which your average person doesn't know. There was no drama surrounding doing the work -- she is an intelligent, motivated, self-starter. I hesitate to offer such an honest review for fear of losing her.
