Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
My typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, though I am flexible and can adjust based on project needs and deadlines. I am committed to delivering high-quality work—whether articles, blog posts, editing, beta reads, or book reviews—within the agreed-upon timelines. For beta reads and book reviews, I can also accommodate flexible turnaround times depending on manuscript length and project scope.

Payment Terms:
Payment will be made per project or service, with the rate agreed upon prior to starting. Payments will be processed through Guru’s platform, using Escrow to ensure security for both parties. Final payment will be due upon completion and delivery of the agreed-upon work.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate via Guru’s messaging platform, which allows for streamlined updates and collaboration. For added security and peace of mind, I use Guru’s Escrow, Mediation, and Arbitration services, which protect both parties and provide a fair process in the unlikely event of a dispute.
