Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
a) I am available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM (GMT+3).
b) I can adjust my schedule for clients in other time zones if needed.
c) All mentorship sessions are booked in advance to ensure smooth scheduling.

Payment Terms:
a) Payments are processed securely through Guru SafePay.
b)For hourly mentorship, I log hours transparently so clients know exactly what they are paying for.
c) For fixed projects, milestones are agreed upon in advance, with payment released as each stage is completed.
d) Work begins only after SafePay is funded to protect both parties.

Communication Style:
a) Primary communication through Guru’s workroom (for clear records and progress tracking).
b) Zoom or Google Meet available for mentorship calls, chart reviews, and live sessions.
c) I provide regular updates so you always know what stage we’re at.
