Work Terms

Payment: All projects are paid via Guru SafePay. Minimum project fee is $100 or billed at $35/hour for hourly work. A 50% upfront deposit is required for all projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Deliverables: Projects include print-ready PDFs and editable Adobe files (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Multi-page or larger projects may require separate milestones.

Revisions: Up to 2 revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at my standard hourly rate.

Turnaround / Delivery: Small projects (flyers, business cards) typically take 1–3 business days. Medium projects (multi-page brochures, booklets) typically take 3–7 business days. Larger projects will have timelines agreed per milestone.

Communication: All project communication and file exchanges are conducted via Guru messaging. I respond within 24 hours to ensure clarity and timely updates.
