Thomas Laiza is a Gallery Director, cultural entrepreneur, and creative professional based in Tanzania. He is the founder of TL7 Photo Studio, a photography and marketing agency, and TL7 Masai Art Gallery, a one-stop gallery showcasing traditional Maasai cultural products and services.
Through his work, Thomas blends tradition with contemporary arts, using visual storytelling and digital platforms to preserve, promote, and celebrate Maasai heritage. He is also involved in cultural and social initiatives that empower marginalized communities by connecting culture, creativity, and technology.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Working hours are flexible; however, freelancers must be available during core hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EAT) on working days.
All tasks must be completed within agreed timelines.
Payment Terms
Payment is project-based or milestone-based as agreed in writing.
Invoices shall be submitted upon completion of milestones
Payments will be made within 7 days of receiving a valid invoice.
Any work outside the agreed scope requires prior written approval.
