I was initially hesitant because Thomas had no history on Guru, but he quickly made me feel comfortable with his domain knowledge. He asked good and thoughtful questions to clarify my acceptance criteria. But more than that he exceeded my expectations by closing some gaps as they became evident and by making suggestions on ways to improve my customers experience.
