Availability: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT +5:30)

Response Time: I typically respond to all inquiries within 2–4 hours during business hours.

Weekend Policy: Available for urgent "rush" projects only (subject to a premium rate).

💳 Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: A 50% upfront deposit is required via Guru’s SafePay system to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is released upon final approval of the watermarked deliverables.

Milestones: For long-term projects (like AI Short Films), I prefer breaking the work into milestones (e.g., Scripting/Concept, Generation, Post-Production).

Refunds: Due to the compute-intensive nature of AI generation, deposits are non-refundable once the generation process has begun.

💬 Communication Style
Primary Channel: I prefer all communication to stay within the Guru Message Center to ensure a clear record of project requirements.

Updates: You will receive a progress update every 24–48 hours for ongoing projects.

Video Calls: Available for initial project briefings upon request.

🔄 Revisions & Delivery
Standard Revisions: Each project includes 2 rounds of minor revisions (color grading, timing, or text tweaks).

AI Constraints: Major "re-rolls" of AI-generated characters or environments after the style has been approved may incur additional costs.

Final Handover: High-quality files will be delivered in your preferred format (MP4, MOV, PNG, or SVG for vector work).
