In my career, I have worked in great companies like Johnson & Johnson, American Tower and Embraer, but mainly in two roles. As a project manager and as a software engineer.
The first one is the focus of my career, but working as a software engineer gave me the experience to deeply understand technical teams. With that in hand, I am able to manage projects on a different level.
In my five-year career as a Project manager, I have dealt with different project types, but always with the mindset of empowering team members and that we all are leaders in spite of our position. The biggest team that I have managed was composed of 25 consultants and I was responsible for more than 2 million dollars budget.
As a software engineer, I’ve worked developing solutions like flight test softwares, to support field engineers on aircraft certifications on Embraer, developing apps and websites, and also with business intelligence and database administration.
