I am a senior investment analyst in real estate company and a pro in building financial modeling spreadsheet to get more insights from a PROJECT.

There are a lot of important factors which make the project or an investment deal successful and building a detail & well-prepared model is crucial but also difficult and time-consuming. That's where I develop my career.

I specialize in creating model in various investment products including residential/office/hotel...or a mix-used building. Using Microsoft Excel as a main tools, I am able to build for you and your company a really good model which is accurate, easy to use and adjust.

My working experience in searching and evaluation deals in Real Estate Developers Companies in Vietnam support a lot in my skills and knowledge. I am also a tutor in financial modeling courses which teach people to perform a proper model in their tasks.

This is my first move as a freelancer and I really want to make it as my best and maximize your business.

Work Terms

Currently, I keep my full time job but be able to work 2-3 hours per working days and 4-6 hours per day on weekend. To sum up, total working hour I wish to work is 25-30 hours per week.
