Tricia L. Davis formed the TLD Law Firm in order to provide reasonably-priced legal services to small businesses and individuals.

Ms. Davis began her legal career as an attorney with the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she practiced primarily employment law and commercial litigation. Later, Ms. Davis worked as an attorney with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP and the Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., practicing numerous areas of law, including corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate, employment law, and general litigation.

Ms. Davis earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000 and served as Lead Notes and Comments Editor for the Law School’s Journal of Law and Commerce. She graduated with Master’s degree in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1997 and received her Bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996, graduating with High Honors.

Ms. Davis is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, SMC Business Council, and UJF.
