Thomas R. Paul, the Owner of Paul Architects LLC, has over 22 years of architectural as well as general contracting experience. Actual areas of work experience include site development/new buildings to interior renovations in health care, educational, retail, commercial and residential. The firm will be able to provide a one stop shop of services for the client that will address the issues of the programming, design, bidding, construction administration and future needs.

Work Terms
Business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday with Saturday and Sunday appointments available. Terms of service are fixed fee or hourly depending on the job. Payment terms are based on signed agreement and billed bi-weekly with 10% up front to start projects for fixed fee and paid at time of service for hourly.
