Work Terms

Precision Edits Terms and Conditions

Flexible Working Hours:
We understand the importance of flexibility. While we aim to provide excellent service during regular working hours, our commitment to meeting your needs extends to accommodating flexible schedules, including weekends.

Weekly Commitment:
Our standard commitment is 40 hours per week. This ensures that we allocate sufficient time and attention to each project, maintaining the high quality and precision that defines our editing and proofreading services.

Weekend Availability:
In recognition of urgent requirements, we are available to work on weekends as needed. Your deadlines are our priority, and we're here to ensure timely delivery of your polished and perfected documents.

Pay Rates:
Editing & Proofreading: $35 per hour
Email & Content Writing: $15 per 1000 or a minimum charge of $25 whichever is greater

Payment Terms:
To initiate the editing and proofreading services, a 50% payment is required upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. Payments are processed through PayPal for a secure and convenient transaction.

Document Submission:
Please provide documents in Word format for optimal editing and proofreading. This ensures seamless collaboration and effective communication of changes and suggestions.

Delivery Format:
Completed documents and email drafts will be delivered electronically in Word Document format (.docx) for easy accessibility and review.
