Work Terms
Availability:
I'm Available Monday to Friday. I may also be available for urgent requests on weekends, depending on project timelines.
For projects I request two milestone payments, deposit payment split payment into two milestone, one for sketch and another for complete final color. you can release after complete each part.
For larger projects: I work with a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before delivery of final files.
I am available for communication through messaging on Guru platform.
I believe in clear and timely communication and I'm happy to provide progress updates on the project regularly.
I respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.
Revisions:
I offer up to 4 rounds of revisions in sketch and 2 round of adjustment after coloring. Additional heavy revisions may be subject to an extra charge.
Project Timeline:
A typical illustration project takes between 2-3 days depending on the complexity of the work and the scope of the project. I’ll always provide an estimated timeline before starting.
