Work Terms
Thank you for your interest in working with TPP. All clients need to share their name, location, contact information and any details pertinent to the project.
Agreements: For every project, a proposal will be submitted. After discussion, we will define the project scope, budget and milestones with a clear project agreement that outlines the work to be completed, payment terms and is signed by both parties.
Working hours are flexible. Communication is through messaging only (this works best for me with my busy schedule). No phone or Skype sorry.
Billing:For every project, payment is accepted via Safepay. All funds need to be deposited in Safepay before final work is released. Short term projects are usually initiated with a 50% desposit unpon commencement and 50% upon final delivery. First payment is non-refundable.
Larger Projects require 20% deposit followed by regular payments at intervals.
