TPJ Solutions is a small, woman-owned company located in Rockville, MD specializing in providing innovative instructional design services, training solutions, & other professional services.

Our CEO, Ms. Terry Gayden has provided excellent support services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for more than 14 years, most recently in support of QSOG/QSED. She has more than 20 years of instructional design experience and is an award-winning program manager and senior instructional designer with extensive experience in training development for CMS SCG, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. She leads multi-disciplinary teams in global training planning, curriculum development, and implementation efforts for federal agencies. Ms. Gayden received NASA’s Engineering Safety Center Program Manager Engineering Excellence Award in 2005. Her other federal clients have included NASA, FEMA, and DOD.
