over 20 years experience in education; starting as a university lecturer in electronics and then moving into IT Infrastructure before after ten years starting to design L & D interventions. After many successful projects, I was asked to lead a development intervention for the entire sales management of a large US IT company.
The project involve designing and developing a program that would work with sales managers and directors; not the easiest of audiences, By making the program become a tool in their arsenal to increase sales it became hugely popular.
The use of pre and post KPI measurements enabled the justification for continued investment eventually world wide.
I have returned to L & D as I now have the time to commit to new projects.
