Work Terms

Availability & Communication
I am available Monday to Saturday (East Africa Time), and respond to messages within 24 hours.
I prefer to communicate via Guru messages. Zoom/Google Meet calls can be arranged upon request.
Weekly progress updates and deliverables will be shared for transparency.
Payment Terms
I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects.
Hourly work is tracked and invoiced through Guru's WorkRoom system.
For fixed-price jobs, a deposit or initial milestone is required before work begins.
Deliverables
All deliverables will be shared in PDF, Excel, Word, or MS Project formats as agreed.
Source files will be handed over upon final payment.
Revisions (within reason) are included to ensure client satisfaction.
Work Style
I take pride in delivering accurate and professional documentation, with attention to detail.
I follow agreed schedules strictly and always prioritize quality and communication.
I do not subcontract any work, all tasks are completed personally unless otherwise discussed.
