Work Terms
I provide structured, reliable support for cloud, identity, security, and network environments. My workflow is designed to keep projects efficient and predictable. Every engagement begins with an initial review to understand your environment, goals, and challenges. Once requirements are defined, I outline a clear project scope covering deliverables, timelines, and communication expectations. During the engagement, I work independently while providing periodic progress updates so you always know what is completed and what is coming next. At completion, I provide documentation and a structured handoff process.
I support both hourly and fixed‑price work. My standard rate is $95/hr, and fixed‑price projects are based on a mutually approved scope. Larger or multi‑phase efforts may use milestone‑based billing. All project funding is handled through Guru’s SafePay system for clarity and protection. If needed, I can prepare detailed estimates before work begins.
Most small tasks or troubleshooting items are completed within 24–48 hours. Larger projects follow an agreed timeline. I am available Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm PST, with optional after‑hours or weekend scheduling for planned work or urgent needs. Clients may request scheduled maintenance windows for off‑peak work.
Preferred communication channels include Guru messaging and platform‑approved collaboration tools. I maintain confidentiality, follow security best practices, and work with a process‑driven approach. All work is performed directly by me — I do not outsource or subcontract. I am also open to signing an NDA when required.
