Work Terms

OPERATING PROCEDURE & COMMUNICATION
I operate strictly as a Level 3 technical specialist. Every project begins with a text-based alignment via this platform to review your current infrastructure layout and domain setup. All discussions, project updates, and deliveries are handled exclusively through this platform's workspace chat to ensure full transparency and compliance with safety rules.

AVAILABILITY & TIME ZONE
I am available for freelance missions up to 20 hours per week. My core working hours are aligned with European time zones (GMT+3), ensuring fast response times and high availability for clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

TURNAROUND TIME
• Simple DNS Alignment / Deliverability Fixes: Delivered within 48 hours.
• Complete Infrastructure Deployments (iRedMail/Mailcow): Completed within 4 to 5 business days.
• Note: Final delivery times depend on the responsiveness of your domain provider to apply network updates.

PAYMENT PREFERENCES & MILESTONES
I work exclusively on a Fixed-Price (Milestone-based) or Hourly basis via the SafePay escrow system.
• Fixed-Price Projects: 100% of the milestone funds must be deposited into SafePay before any technical command is executed. For large setups, a 50/50 milestone split is applied (50% upfront initialization / 50% final validation).
• Subscription Maintenance: Billed via monthly recurring invoices through this platform.

EXCLUSIONS
Subscription fees for dedicated machines (e.g., Hetzner, OVH) and domain registry updates are fully covered by the client. I only handle the software architecture, system security, and networking configuration.
