Highly experienced, dependable & dynamic Senior Developer
Initially started OOP development in high school utilizing Turing & Visual Basic 6.0 leading to a Bachelors of Information Technology Honors with strong focus on Cisco networking infrastructure, development & entrepreneurship. Extensive software development training throughout post-secondary education utilizing C++, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP & SQL. After completing post-secondary education, transitioned into the QA space initially as a Program Test Manager Consultant delivering $100M/3yr Digital Transformation program for a leading international financial institution. Following the consultant role I was accepted a QA Manager role within the same institution focusing on European Payments & Credit Reporting leading five QA execution teams in excess of forty vendor resources (resource count dependent on business unit investment within the given year).
Meanwhile throughout education and professional employment I am continuously developing personal projects & ad-hoc contracted projects in order to maintain current skill set as well as develop knowledge of new languages. Enjoy taking on challenging projects/assignments opposed to usual or basic development.
Most recently transitioning back to my true passion of free-lance/consultant software development. Prefer a work environment where I can creatively design, develop & deliver innovative solutions rather than monitoring, reporting & expediting issue resolution for delivery teams.
