I love reading and writing. I'm particularly interested in African literature because reading it gives me a sense of identity. I've been writing for more than four years today. I was particularly drawn to the craft after a friend had her article rejected by a reputable journal. She asked that I help her rewrite it since I English studies. I did and soon, the article was accepted. She was glad and I was fulfilled. I thought to myself that I should do more of this. I tried it among my peers and it worked.
